Satya Micro Housing Finance Private limited (SMHFPL) (formerly known as Baid Housing Finance Private Limited) is a Housing Finance Company registered with National Housing Bank (NHB) and was incorporated on December 16, 2008. Our registered office is at DPT 519, 5th Floor, DLF Prime Tower, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-110020. SATYA Micro Housing Finance is subsidiary of SATYA MicroCapital Limited (“SATYA”), which is one of the emerging NBFC-MFI in India having an AUM of more than 6000 crores.
Ever since SATYA MicroCapital acquired Baid Housing finance business in 2022, We have worked to create unique products and processes that meet with purpose of offering customised and affordable housing finance solutions. Currently SMHFPL is having presence in Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, UP, UK & Bihar.
SMHFPL is primarily focused on addressing the housing finance needs of LMI and informal income group families from semi urban and rural areas of India. SMHFPL strives to serve as a medium to fulfil the dream of owning a house, of the under-served segment of the society. SMHFPL largely offers housing finance products & services for the purchase, construction/renovation of homes and Plot Purchase & Construction. We also provides loans against property for business or personal needs like business, education, marriage, asset purchase etc.
With the innovative and dedicated team, we ensure to contribute to the achievement of “Housing for all” goal of the government by providing the financial support by way of Home Loans and LAP to the unserved segment of the society and enable them in fulfilling their dream of owning a house.
